We are looking forward to seeing our Valued Members at the 2021 Showcase on May 13, 2021.  Please read the below important items:

*2021 Membership Dues are required for all Exhibitors.  Please check your records to ensure that you have paid your 2021 Membership Dues before including them in your booth registration.  Please call Stacey at 630-983-7722 if you would like to double check before registering for booth space.   If you have not paid 2021 Membership Dues you may include them with your Booth Registration Here.

*PPAChicago will be watching and following the COVID Pandemic Guidelines per the CDC as well as the Illinois Governor.  Any updates that we have will be communicated to our Exhibitors and Members as soon as we receive them.

*We have a new location for the 2021 Showcase; Renaissance Convention Center and Hotel.  We are very excited about this new location that will house the Showcase and the Overnight Accommodations (if you choose) all in one location.   We will have some kinks to work out so please be patient with us and please give us feedback to help to improve the Show at the Renaissance.

*Our 2021 Showcase Exhibitor pricing will not increase and will remain the same as the 2020 Showcase.  We do have one increase that we are not able to get around and that is the box lunches are $40 each at the Renaissance.  Arlington box lunches were $20 so to help our Valued Members,  PPAChicago will split the difference with our Exhibitors.  If you would like a box lunch delivered to your booth during the Showcase it will be a $20 fee.  You will see this in the registration link, please make sure to select your box lunch choice. 

*The Renaissance will have a Food Court open in our Show space (Yay!), so if you are able to leave your booth during  the Showcase please note that this will be an option for you to purchase food on your own.
